Featuring easy-to-read black and white markings printed in 1 inch grids marked in 1/8 and 1/4 inch increments, this 6-1/2 x 12-1/2 inch rectangle ruler is a versatile tool for quilters and sewers. The ruler includes black numbers (printed on white dots) and 1/4 inch grip sides for cutting whole inches and 1/4 inch dashed lines on two sides for trimming seam allowances.

One of the unique features is the Turn-A-Round feature, with numerical white numbers (printed on black dots) and 1/2 inch grip sides for adding a 1/2 inch seam allowance. It also includes a white 45 degree angle for trimming half-square triangles in whole inch increments, a black 45 degree angle for trimming in half inch increments, and an additional black 45 degree line that crosses 1/4 inch away from the outside edge for squaring up flying geese units and mark cross-hatching.

The ruler also has a 30degree/60degree angle, with white horizontal and vertical lines for easily locating the center of the ruler and fussy cutting stripes and borders. Designed for convenience, the ruler slides smoothly over fabric until pressure is applied, at which point the exclusive gripper holds the fabric in place, preventing slipping and miss-cuts.
