This blade makes the removal of glue, paint, varnish, boat anti-foul coatings, wood stains, and rust from flat surfaces much easier, with or without the use of a heat gun or chemical stripper. The blade's corner can also be utilized for more intricate details. The super sharp, specially ground 35-degree edges help reduce the risk of scratching surfaces.

The 50mm (2 inch) replaceable cemented tungsten carbide tipped blade is specifically designed for the General purpose scraper 50mm. Additionally, the new slightly wider 60mm (2.38 inch) replaceable cemented tungsten carbide tipped blade also fits the equivalent General purpose scraper 50mm, as well as the Heavy Duty 60mm Scraper and Stanley 50mm scrapers. These reversible blades feature two edges, ensuring a longer edge life compared to standard blades, with each blade holding its edge for up to 50 times longer.
